Zinfandel has been grown in California since the early 1800s, and is known as “America’s grape.” Paso Robles, California is famous for producing “World Class” Zinfandel wine. Most noted for flavors of black cherry, blackberry, raspberry, boysenberry, with spicy notes as well as black pepper, herbs, and cloves. Enjoy young or will age into a well balanced, fruit forward wine with wonderful spicy notes. Pairs extremely well with meats, sauces, and a wide variety of Asian Cuisine.
