The 2014 Sauvignon Blanc was grown on our SIP-certified Estate vineyard and was harvested in small batches over the course of 10 days to optimize fruit ripeness within the hilly terrain’s microclimates. The wine was fermented on-site in smalllot stainless steel and concrete tanks and aged in neutral barrels, and acacia wood barrels for complexity. A vibrant nose of lime peel, tangerine, nutmeg, and pear erupts from the glass. The lush mouthfeel supports a bouquet of flavors: nectarine, lemon grass, caramel, crème anglaise, honeysuckle, and apple swirl together. Gentle acidity keeps the finish fresh and light, while extended citrus flavors linger on the palate. Enjoy this wine now and over the next several years.
